Dear colleague

I am using ArcGIS server to publish a kml Service.
but when I prepare the map document (*.mxd) I set the scale range for some
layers (actually feature class). but those layers do not appear in
Google earth.
I have to set scale range for some layer to increase the performance. I have huge of data. plz, help
