Dear SWYers,
I hope you are doing well.
My name is Fernando Mora (SWY20, Costa Rica)
My colleagues and I are organizing a Movement for Art Basel
looking for a Japanese partner to help us curate the event.
During Art Basel, leading galleries show significant work from the masters
of Modern and contemporary art, as well as the new generation of emerging
stars.
The name of the movement is Orient Impress. An art movement that aims to
remind art-overs the greatest loves tory: when“East meets West”.
Influenced by the history of the Silk Road, the movement aims to recreate
the times where the travel and interactions between nations through the
Silk Road demonstrated the richness of each culture to the other parts of
the world.
On our first year, Orient Impress would like to welcome the richness of
Japanese culture with its contemporary art, architecture, design, fashion,
food and music.
If you or anyone on your network would be interested in participating in
this movement, please don't hesitate to reach out to me or my colleague
Esen Talu (esen.talu@taluworldwide.com)
Kind regards,
Fernando Mora
