Job Description:
? Achieve sales quota for allocated sectors (within Municipalities, Utilities and Government).
? Develop a sales strategy in the allocated sectors (Municipalities, Utilities & Government) with a target prospect list.
? Work on Acquiring new Accounts and up selling in existing Account Understand the Business Drivers of the target sectors (Municipalities, Utilities & Government) and map Atheeb Intergraph GIS solutions to enhance their business.
? Identify Customer pain points and problems and propose appropriate Software solutions where ROI is clear.
? Work with Customers in building Case Studies & ROI to show the value of applying Atheeb Intergraph solutions.
? Work with presales team in a Proactive mode in informing Customers about Atheeb Intergraph Software solutions.
? Do Account Management for prospect stakeholders.
? Manage the assigned sector by providing sales call reports, sector analysis and accurate data within the sales and marketing database, accurate forecasting and sector insight.
? Build a Database of prospects within the sectors (Municipalities, Utilities & Government) key Decision makers and the solutions Atheeb Intergraph can propose.
? Being a trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap to drive assigned solution within the marketplace.
? Promote, develop prospects and grow customer satisfaction within the assigned solution.
? Arrange and conduct product demonstrations and presentations in conjunction with Pre-Sales.
? Build knowledge of customers within allocated sector.
Qualifications:
? Previous Experience with GIS Software sales.
?B.SC. in Engineering/Computer Science/Geography
? Proven successful Track Record of continuously over achieving sales quota.
? Extensive high level Contacts (IT Director/GIS Manager) within Municipalities, Utilities & Governmental institutions.
? Good Knowledge and understanding of the applications of GIS for different industries.
? Previous experience with any of the following product lines is a great advantage ( ESRI/ Intergraph/Mapinfo or Other GIS Software).

The GIS Pre sales consultant has the ultimate responsibility for designing GIS solution Architecture, conducting technical presentations, products life demo, proof of concept, responding technically to RFI & RFP.

Key Responsibilities:
?Conducting effective discovery with prospects to fully understand their GIS Environment/ functions, processes, key business drivers, as well as identifying opportunities for increasing process efficiencies.
?Preparing Technical responses to RFP's, RFI's and prospect inquiries.
?Designing GIS Solution architecture with its integration with different relevant technologies
Conduct Presentations/Life Demos and Proof of Concept for Intergraph software and solutions.
?Work with individual members of the sales organization and prospects/customers to develop and deliver world class demonstrations using Atheeb Intergraph applications and tools.
?Participating in seminars, trade shows, and other marketing activities in order to promote awareness of Atheeb Intergraph solutions.
? Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and position Atheeb Intergraph GIS solutions in the market relevant to that.

?Track record of pre-sales and hands-on configuration-focused technical consulting with any of the following product lines ( ESRI/ Intergraph/Mapinfo or Other GIS Software).
?Highly adaptive and enthusiastic towards technology and learning new technologies.
?Extensive knowledge and use of industry-standard project methods, tools and techniques.
?Strong consultancy, meeting facilitation and presentation skills.
?Be a self-starter and able to work independently.
?Willingness to get involved in additional tasks and support the team where necessary.

Required:
?Strong Enterprise level Pre-Sales consulting experience with GIS Solutions
?Excellent communications and presentation skills.
?Excellent consulting and analytic skills.
?Bilingual English and Arabic is a must.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science
At least 5 years experience in Technical experience to conduct Demos, Proof of Concepts and technical presentations
At least 2-3 years on hands experience in GIS Solutions
